Connie de la Garza has been the Broker/Owner of Bahnman Realty since 1972. He is a GRI (Graduate Realtor's Institute). He is a member of the Harlingen Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

de la Garza was elected President of the Harlingen Board of Realtors twice - 1976 and 1989 and has served to the State Board and on National Committees. Connie is very active in the Harlingen community. He served two terms as Mayor of the City of Harlingen. He is Past Chairman of the Valley International Airport Board, Economic Development Board & Civil Service Commission Board. He is Past President of his local PTA and has served as an Elder in his Church. He served 12 years on the TSTC Board of Regents and 4 of those years as Chairman. He has been involved in many other local state boards including the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. Connie is also very active in the Lions Club of Harlingen and is a past International Director for Lions Clubs International. He is also a member of the Harlingen Chamber of Commerce.

Lisa de la Garza has been with Bahnman Realty since 1976. She is a GRI (Graduate Realtor's Institute). She is a member of the Harlingen Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Lisa's focus is residential sales and property management. She leads our firm's management team that oversees our real estate portfolio of over 200 properties for clients from all over the United States and Mexico. She specializes in single family dwellings.

Lisa has been involved in a wide range of civic service. She is the past president of the Lions Club of Harlingen, Beta Epsilon Nu Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, the Harlingen Lioness Club and the Harlingen Jaycee Women's Club. She has served various leadership positions with the Harlingen Communities in Schools, Harlingen Arts and Entertainment, the Junior League of Harlingen and in the First Presbyterian Church. In 2001 Governor Rick Perry appointed Lisa for a two-year term to the Governor's Commission for Women and in 2004 was reappointed for a second term. She is currently still very active in the Lions Club of Harlingen serving and heading up various committees and projects.

Beto Elizondo joined the Bahnman Realty Family in 2008, and he is glad to call it home. He has been in the real estate business for over 10 years. Beto is a member of the Harlingen Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Beto has served in various organizations and committees in our city. He served as a Director, Treasurer and youngest President of the Mens Club, has served as a Boy Scouts Scoutmaster for Troop 38 and was involved in scouting for over 20 years. He has served on the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the Mexican Chamber of Commerce. He is the founder of their American Trade Show. He has been involved in Lions Club International for over 20 years and has held several leadership positions.

Roddy de la Garza is a Harlingen native and graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. He first became a Realtor in 1993 to join the family business and has obtained the designation of GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute), a specialty course of study in real estate ethics and transactions earned by only an estimated 22% of REALTORS.

Roddy was recognized as the “Best Real Estate Agent of 2004” by The Valley Morning Star Readers’ Poll and has previously served on the Harlingen Board of REALTORS as a Director.

Roddy has worked extensively as a a seller and buyer representative and has experience in the mortgage industry, foreclosures, and commercial and investment real estate.
